A user generated workout section is a great idea.

have a app for Android. If not, a basic mobile web site interface that can be used on Android phone
I don't have a iPhone, therefore have no reason to upgrade my subscription yet. Are there any plans for you branching out to other mobile devices (WindowsMobile, Android)...

create a mobile web page,or inphone/itouch apps to track workouts
Flash doesn't exist for mobile phones, so the videos don't work. Even with an upgraded account, an RSS feed or calendar intergration is worthless in the gym. How about a mobile site like m.netvibes.com or an app like iFitness to track workouts much easier. I could just write this stuff in a notebook like I used to do.

Workout plan for 3-4 days a week
I've just signed up and the beginner workout plan puts me on a 5 days a week schedule. As much as I'd love to do that, my work and business schedule only only for 3-4. I'd like to see a question during registration that asks, "how many days a week will you work out," and then see a workout schedule that would guide people through that .

Add a weight component to each exercise so one can track their progress.
The table could be set up with an editable weight column following the "set" and "reps" columns.

Add Hardcore Lifestyle for Women
Given that Figure & Fitness are becoming the mist popular categories in bodybuilding, can you add a Hardcore lifestyle for women? As it stands, eating like a Figure competitor (low carb; very high protein) is giving me alot of Ds & Fs.

rest and recovery
I've just gotten back into the gym for the first time in years so I am doing the beginners workout. In this program I am working out the same muscle groups only two days apart. Is this adequate time for muscle recovery. I always thought that at least 4 days was recommended for muscle recovery after a workout.

iPhone app: improve interface
Please have the app remember what page you were last on. Right now, if I am looking at a workout, and then close the app or lock my iPhone, it starts back at the home screen and I have to navigate through several pages. This is slow and makes the app essentially useless if I have rests of less than 60 seconds because that's about how long it takes every time I have to repeat these steps.

add videos for every exercise!
Zappos has a video of damn near every product on their site. You are a magazine dedicated to weight lifting and nutrition, I would think a video of each exercise would be a no brainer.
