        Barbell squats, sumo squats, lunges, 1 legged deadlifts, kickbacks, stepups. I love them all!!

        BARBELL SQUATS!!!. You have to make sure you are going parallel. I see so many people that don't go parallel or lower. it works more butt the lower you go. Stand infront of a mirror and watch yourself squat and get the feel of how far you are going down. If you are going heavy, I squat 155lbs, you should ware a weight belt. Girls it is cool, injuring your back infront of everyone is not cool.

        Two of my favorite Fire hydrant work out and kick backs with ankle weights and lunges while holding dumbbells at the end of the lunge movement I bring my back leg up and squeeze my butt before swinging it forward and lunging again.
