I've been having a good result thus far with Lipo 6 BLACK, upping the cardio, pushing the weights a bit more, and eating simpler meals. Good dance music also seems to pump up the metabolism while working out.

Run, water, protein, and fiber. Avoid temptation while out and about by bringing a health snack, I prefer raw almonds and a banana.

Protein with EVERY meal/snack, smaller meals more frequently, water water water- DONT drink anythin other than WATER!!
Weight training aswell as cardio!!
The closer a food is to its natural form, the closer u will be to ur natural form- which is NOT overweight!! -

Good workout, cardio with some good fat burners. Its not cheating if you take them unless you make a commitment not to use them..

veggies, fruit, protein, and definitely cut out excess sugars. Strength training 5 days a week and cardio on 2-3 days works for me. No less than 8 hours of sleep and water, water, water!! (Plus green tea) ;)
