I noticed the same thing as andy and think that the meals should adjust to our calorie intake after we input our information. I am 205 and my wife is 135, so I don't think we should both be eating 10 oz of turkey for lunch? I love what you guys are doing with the site and think it is a great way to try and help out!

This site has the right idea going, but the meal plans for myself, and my wife are the same thing. And she's half of my size! The revolutionlifestyle web page has a good idea of how to help with planning meals, but I think you guys could definitely improve what they're working towards.

I usually have 7-8 meals a day and I always have a post-workout shake and there are 6 meals with no post-workout shake and no options available. There seems to be virtually no fat in the diet that this thing spit out for me and that seems pretty unhealthy and could be dangers for testosterone levels.
