So why can't I manage my account, see how long I've been subscribed and my charge history? That's basic functionality if you are charging users for a service. I just signed up last week and now looked at my bank account and noticed you charged me $10 rather than the $5 you said it would be for the first month. As it is I can find no way to do anything about my account or billing. Seriously? BTW I do web app user interface design professionally. I'd love to offer some mockups to get you guys going because I bet you could triple subscriptions and user satisfaction if you did this right.

OK then, so it's my understanding that there is no way to change from beginner to intermediate as far as workouts go for my calendar. Does anyone know how long until this section of the site will be up and running? Are there at least any rumors floating around about when it will be up? Because this is pretty annoying.

def would have to agree with almost everyone else. I selected one goal but after thinking about it I want to change it to something else. really need to add that option to the site.

Gave this app a fair shot and while it does contain some great information, I'm canceling until it receives some serious web development and ui design. Not offering base features like account management is not acceptable for any modern web service, especially a paid service!
You guys have a good idea here but it needs some major development attention. I hope to see improvements in future iterations, but until then consider me cancelled.

I can't believe that you can't change your goal once you start. I even upgraded to premium just to be able to do this

I need to change my goal and I am not seeing a place to do this. Do I just forget about this site or is there something I am overlooking?

hmmm...
I'm canceling this service until there is better interaction. Very frustrating - love the initial thought but seems like it was released before thought through. I will check back again periodically to see if it is upgraded to re-join. -

That would be great since I'm realizing the workouts generated for me are too easy and I have to modify them... I would like to be able to change my settings, but I guess I will just keep modifying.

R Greg...you can't load your own program in word. It only works with programs that are in the system.

I came to this forum looking for information on how to change my profile. Browsing through the comments, I discovered there is no way to change and it has been a problem for over a year (thats where I stopped looking). M & F is hands down the best resource for fitness training but the web site is not good. I am surprised that after all this time there still have been no improvements. This says a lot about M & F to the users and is a business failure to your advertisers and a failure in the end to your bottom line. It is way past time to fix this problem and change your culture to respond more quickly to customers needs.
