explain the use of the BANDS

Anthony. good question. i can see why you would ask.
Answer- Using the bands helps develop Power. You cannot achieve power without SPEED. FREE weight alone doens not allow you to push or pull fast. You can only go as fast as gravity will allow. Second as far as adding more weight goes, the bands provide a varied level of weight that changes depending on the lenght og the bands. For example, benching with the bands plus free weight allows for the weight to get lighter on the way down and progressivley heavier as you press back up. So as you get stronger the bands get "heavier". When this occurs your muscles work harder.

i have a question. why do i have to use thre bands when i work out wiht my program? can i just add more weight?
