whats the word on the nutrition plans? I am on the getting lean system from the trainer and am working out four days a week. There are 4 different meal plans to choose from, but they only go for 7 days. Any possibility to add a few months worth of meals so eventually we will be able to kind of create our own diversity?

its not problem. just continue the program on into the next week following the schedule as planned. the workouts do not have to follow a regular 7 day week plan. -

i wrkout 3days per wek bt ur advice is 5days wch i cant .. how to fix?

Chris- It only takes us 4-5 seconds to change it on the back end. What profile do you want to be? The 4-5 weeks is the programming to do it yourself as we have other items on the list as well.

4 to 5 weeks to change my profile? That's crazy! How about 4 to 5 hours?
It can't be that difficult, we signed up via some sort of tree. Should be simple enough to pick a different path. -
UPDATES TO COME.
1.) VIDEO for every exercise in the programs with audio to compliment the already existing Moving images, tips and descriptions (4-5 weeks)
2.) Updated I pod application (3-4 weeks)
3.) Change of User profile for you all to change if your not satisfied with your first user choice (4-5 weeks)
4.) Newly updated Nutrition page- 5-6 weeks
