make the meals as diverse as the workouts
You have a HUGE list of ideas for workout, but few meal suggestions. I'd like to see a diverse list of meal suggestions in somewhat of a Rx format like the workout. For example: Day 1, meal 1 - eat 4 egg whites, 2 slices of ww bread, and 2 glasses of water... Day 47, meal 5 - eat 6oz lean ground beef, 1 c broccoli, 12 oz skim milk, and 2 glasses of water... something like this.
The suggested meals is a good start, but it's not enough. Isn't diet 75% of the battle? Why isn't it at least 50% of your site? Seems like it's currently 99% exercise and less than 1 % diet.
We have a very comprehensive nutritional program that is now available on 2/24/10.

According to the meal plans this has for me, I would gain weight- not lose it! My goal is not to get fat and I don't see I could possibly accomplish that following those meal plans.

Have the ability to substitute certain food that I don't like would also be a nice feature. For example, having an option to substitute cottage cheese would be nice.

hi there, i cant say anymore cause im agree with Ben and Chris and other ppl cause i think is the most difficult part of the disipline, but well ur starting with this page so let them make it better, good luck for M&Ftrainer and always read all ur clients. sorry about my english im from Mexico so i dont have a perfect english jeje :)) nice day for alls

There are definitely not enough meals. It's really hard to follow a diet plan that only allows you to eat 4 different meal plans.
