fix the My Nutrition calculator, it seems it does not work for muscle gain
If you want to GAIN muscle however indicate in the nutrition calculator that you want to LOSE physical weight it will give false numbers. Make sure you understand what you want to input and if your goal is to gain muscle mass, you more than likely will either stay at the same weight or actually gain more weight because Muscle weighs more than fat

Shane this is probably due to you wanting to gain muscle mass, however in the calculator your selected weight loss. The measurements must be consistent or else you will get errors such as this
