I suggest you ...

Allow use of workouts from the Magazine, and an ability to add former workouts to the calendar.

Using the My Workouts be able to select various workouts from the magazines that you would like to use or are currently in the middle of. Also, for people like me and my friends, have an option to backdate your calendar and workouts. We are all at different places in various plans that we got from M&F magazine, and would all like to use this site to track our progress and as something of a self motivator.

I am using the iPod Touch app at the gym to do my workouts. However, the Muscle & Fitness HERS workout that I added to my calendar do not show up as "Today's Workout". I get the message that says add to my calendar. Now it is not a problem to scroll through to get to the daily workout. But given that it is 6 days/week for several weeks, it will become cumbersome to locate my current day. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks Nick. We are in te process of making this a planned idea. That is what the M&F Workout tab is for. Presently we are in the process of uploading as many M&F magazine workouts to be featured for download from clicking on tat tab. Currently the only one available is from the July issue of M&F with Hugh Jackman on the cover titles "Its Showtime"
