Allow the ability to shift workouts in the calendar
allow the ability to 'shift' all the workouts if you miss one day without having to manually move each one. If you miss a day, just click to shift them, and the workout you missed will be bumped to your next scheduled workout day

Great idea Dave. It will take some work to develop that internally but your right. That would make more sense to have that. This is why we need feedback....to make your experience better and to get you all involved
