    make the payment section secure.

    Notice the HTTPS at the beginning? This means it is secure and it always has been a secure & encrypted payment page ad we have a valid SSL certificate.

    Please pay attention before making posts that claim our payment page is not secure as this is a sensitive issue.

    allow band exercises to be optional in gym workout. Maybe have a band home workout section

    Simply don't use the bands when doing the Gym workouts. Sorry we will add that comment to the gym exercise workout programs- we just thought that it was obvious.

    be able to change goal from muscle gain to weight lose and vice versa, i cant find how to switch

    i accidentaly choose muscle gain instead of weight loss when i set up my account and i cant find how to change back.

    I have my work out all planned but many of the suggested exercises I dont know how to do

    This capability has been in the system since day 1. Upgrade your account if you don't know how to do the exercises. This way you will see images tips & descriptions as well as video on how to properly execute the exercise.

    Offer more than 1 workout program for each goal and activity level.

    I would like to be able to choose between a couple of different workout programs rather than just one.

    You can choose from 4 different workout categories that release new workout programs that are goal specific every month. We will be adding the ability to change the workout intensity level soon.

    fix the My Nutrition calculator, it seems it does not work for muscle gain

    If you want to GAIN muscle however indicate in the nutrition calculator that you want to LOSE physical weight it will give false numbers. Make sure you understand what you want to input and if your goal is to gain muscle mass, you more than likely will either stay at the same weight or actually gain more weight because Muscle weighs more than fat

    Linking excersizes to pictures

    Link each excersize to a graphic representation of the excersize in order to demonstrate the proper way to perform the excersize. I am new to weight lifting and I have no idea how to perform some of the excersizes that are listed in my work-out profile.

    You have a HUGE list of ideas for workout, but few meal suggestions. I'd like to see a diverse list of meal suggestions in somewhat of a Rx format like the workout. For example: Day 1, meal 1 - eat 4 egg whites, 2 slices of ww bread, and 2 glasses of water... Day 47, meal 5 - eat 6oz lean ground ... more
