          Hey guys, the I phone app is currently down but will be back up shortly. sorry for the inconvenience. For now if your an upgraded member you can still gain access to you workouts by just login in through the internet safari browser

          its not problem. just continue the program on into the next week following the schedule as planned. the workouts do not have to follow a regular 7 day week plan.

          UPDATES TO COME.

          1.) VIDEO for every exercise in the programs with audio to compliment the already existing Moving images, tips and descriptions (4-5 weeks)
          2.) Updated I pod application (3-4 weeks)
          3.) Change of User profile for you all to change if your not satisfied with your first user choice (4-5 weeks)
          4.) Newly updated Nutrition page- 5-6 weeks

            We are in the process of making this change. there is a lot of internal IT that goes into managing this website. So far to date just 3 months old and over 30,000 members.             Christopher. What types of equipment do you have. With the home based or Ball and Band workouts, all you need is a set of bands, however you can literally just have a set of Dumbbells as well.

            Perhaps you might be missing the point of the M&F Trainer a bit. There wouldn’t be anything special if we allowed users to create their own routines without any guidance or input from the experts here. that’s nothing more than giving you a collage of exercises and allowing anyone to put things together. Many people do not understand the benefit of proper periodization, grouping muscle groups together, combo, tri and super sets, iron cardio sessions, proper technique, benefit of speed training specific muscle groups with the bands to develop power that is consistent with the 3 energy systems and energy expenditure etc.. We wouldn’t be doing anyone a service if we did not service the routines for you. If you read the magazine we deliver thousands of workouts that are highly effective given a specific goal but we cant get custom in the magazines to everyone’s goal. For instance, one issue we might be covering how to gain size, yet you want to get lean. This way no matter what you goal is we can make it available to you immediately. We ask you a series of questions that best identify where you are with your goals and workouts, and where you want to be. Based off of that we give a custom built program that we pull from our database of over 500 programs and counting that have been written for each of the 126 profiles. This is a flawless process.
            The workout routines are released on a monthly basis giving you the specifics of exactly what you should be doing based off of your individual goals daily, weekly and monthly. Every 30 days a new workout will be released to you.

            The option does exist. Of course we would not make the system without allowing for users t swith. Give us your full name and we will make the change ASAP. the option exists on the back-end of course just not available to the Users at this time. If you were able to answer all the questions while signing up there should not be a problem identifying the correct Profile and lifestyle initially, however we understand that sometimes you might have answered a question incorrectly so that is why we want to make it available to allow users to change it themselves

            Quick update. We have been receiving a flood of users signing up since the new re-launch of M&F.com and the release of the M&F Trainer. we are currently making updates that will include this idea started by Zack as well as adding VIDEO to all 1,006 exercises with audio instruction that are pulled from our library when we write each program for all 126 profiles. more to come soon.

            Dexter, you more than likely did not enter you r age when you first signed up. We will correct the problem in the back end, but need your full name with email. again, we are in the process of incorporating an application that allows you to change your profile once selected just in case you might have not felt you chose the correct one previously when signing up

            Wanted to give everyone some feedback concerning this topic. The M&F Trainer is still relatively new and there are MANY updates and upgraded that will be coming in the coming months. Just a sneak will be adding VIDEO to all the exercises. 1,006 to be exact to date in case anyone was wandering. also i know the nutriition page needs some updates and that is top priority on the list. and ZACK, i took your suggestion under advisement and have decided that we will start to incorporate that as a new feature. My thanks to you for your great idea. keep em coming. This website was primarily esinged to give back to our readers and give EVERYONE a way to get highly custom programs that are designed for your exact goals

            Also make sure that you all note the use of the Bodylastics Strenght bands. AFter years of research, the bands really are the key and you will find that they are incorporated into every program. Let me know if anyone has any questions. I will be happy to answer at my earliest convenience. thanks guys!

              you can now print out the nutritional programs we have listed. Just click on the nutritional program and the print icon at the top of the that meal plan’s page and you should be good to go

                Anthony. good question. i can see why you would ask.

                Answer- Using the bands helps develop Power. You cannot achieve power without SPEED. FREE weight alone doens not allow you to push or pull fast. You can only go as fast as gravity will allow. Second as far as adding more weight goes, the bands provide a varied level of weight that changes depending on the lenght og the bands. For example, benching with the bands plus free weight allows for the weight to get lighter on the way down and progressivley heavier as you press back up. So as you get stronger the bands get “heavier”. When this occurs your muscles work harder.

                    Yes Mike. We are in the process of updating the nutrition page as the meals listed are sampel meal plans and not based on your exact preferences for food just yet, but that will happen soon
