Simply don’t use the bands when doing the Gym workouts. Sorry we will add that comment to the gym exercise workout programs- we just thought that it was obvious.

For a paid subscription I think this is a must!! I also use the livestrong app to track my carbs/fats/protien/calories.It would be nice to have that type of app worked into the equation also. We all know if we dont eat right we wont get all the results we want.
